Since the pandemic, a new purchasing habit has emerged which up until then, was not as widespread: the consumer makes great use of eCommerce. This strong drive towards the eCommerce world has consequently driven companies to arrive at a direct management of eCommerce services and to become aware that consumers do not belong to two different groups but are one in the same.
Hence the importance of managing the physical and Ecommerce channels in a unified way so as not to lose customer loyalty, offering a Wallet of payment methods that are accepted by all consumers, so as to avoid #cartabandonment which often occurs in all those scenarios where the consumer does not feel enough #trust to complete the purchase.
