N&TS GROUP FTFS® has obtained PCI SSF certification, an internationally recognized standard for the secure design and development of payment applications. SSF replaces the Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS) by introducing modern requirements, capable of supporting a wider variety of payment software, technologies, and development methodologies.
Thanks to its results-based approach, PCI SSF offers developers greater flexibility in integrating payment application security within agile development practices and frequent update cycles. This allows them to accelerate the introduction of customizations and new features of payment applications dedicated to merchants, without compromising security. At the same time, it improves the consistency and transparency of testing, increasing the level of assurance in the validation for merchants, service providers, and acquirers that implement and manage payment solutions.
